I have just downloaded the files and have Adobe Reader /
Acrobat but I'm having trouble opening them to have a look?

There are 2 parts needed to open the files.

The most common reason is making sure you have downloaded the FILE OPEN Software from the Free Downloads page. Choose which version that suits your type of computer. Choose from Windows, Mac and Linux. They are very fast to download and will allow you to open the files.

You only have to do this once.

Also make sure you have an active Internet connection.

I can open and print the files on one computer but not on another?

There is a security system on each file that 'locks' it to the computer that you first open the file on. The files are licensed to be used only on one computer. You are able to move them to another computer but they will not open and you will receive this message on your screen:

I am using my home computer to buy the products online
but want to take them to work to print them. How can I do this?

When you purchase the products and click on each one to download them you will be given the choice of "open" or "save as". If you want to take them to work to print them choose "save as" you can then save them as you would any other file in a flash, USB or disk drive.

Make sure you don't open the files until you get to the work computer you want to print them on. Once you open them on a specific computer - even just to look at them the security system will lock itself to that computer and you wont be able to move them.

The files are licensed to be used only on one computer. There is a security system on each file that 'locks' it to the computer that you first open the file on. It doesn't stop you from changing where your files are located on your computer, but it wont let you move them to another computer unless you haven't opened them.

How do I receive my products?

Your products are emailed to you straight away after your order has been processed. You will receive 2 emails. One from WorldPay, which is an invoice and the other from Theracrew's store manager, which has the link where you can go to download your products.

I've paid but where is the email with my products?

The products get sent via email straight away so check your Inbox and also Spam part of your email account and if you haven't received them please let us know.

On rare occasions the emails do not get received due to firewall restrictions and filters.
